More Bands Added to Beardfest/Headbanger's Balls Finale

You already know that Headbanger’s Balls are teaming up with Beardfest for the Birmingham date of the tour.  Adding to the level of awesome created by already having Morgue OrgyLeft For Red and Reign of Fury on the bill, we’re ramping up the power by adding two more bands:

Warlord UK
Originally formed in the mid 90’s, Warlord toured with the likes of Napalm Death, Obituary and At The Gates.  Despite this early success, the scene in the UK was unable to support them at the time, so they were forced to split in 1998.  Ten years later, Warlord UK came back from the dead, featuring Mark “Warlord” White (the sole original member) on bass and vocals.  Following several appearances at Terrorizer‘s Grindhouse events, 2013 saw the release of the band’s third album, We Die As One.  A new EP is expected during 2014.

Martyr De Mona
With three records and opening slots for Guns N’ Roses, Black Sabbath, Avenged Sevenfold and Alter Bridge; MDM are one of the leading lights of the current Midlands rock scene.

New album, Impera, is due for release on 31st March 2014 through  In At The Eye Records/Universal Music. Produced by Romesh Dodangoda (Funeral For A Friend, Motorhead), the album exudes confidence, showcasing the band’s intensity and diversity and is a perfect preview to the bands energetic live shows.

Welcome aboard guys!

Keep your eyes peeled for more announcements…
